Wooster Square Peaks Easter! Raging Rain Reeks Hanami Havoc!

Spectacular Peak Blossoms

Oh what an Easter Sunday we coulda had.
Between Sunday services and families
getting together the park would normally be
packed to the fences.

But now?

All that has changed. There was a NHPD
car on hand to announce social distancing.

People listened.
They didn't come or they left New Haven.

In fact, the population of Downtown
New Haven is definitely dwarfed.

Also, we didn't draw from afar as we would.

The Wooster Square Blossom Blog has loyal
followers who travel from Boston, Upstate
New York, NYC and of course here in New Haven.

They didn't or wouldn't or couldn't come.

Please join us for the 47th Annual
Wooster Square Cherry Blossom
Festival, April 18, 2021!

I was out early this morning.

We definitely peaked on Sunday.

Check out some photos from this morning!

Pink carpet!

Still lots of Hanami Highs to have!

Next report on Wednesday!

Take a break from sitting around the house!

Take a walk, pack a lunch
and
See You Round the Square!!
