The Whole World?
The Whole Cherry Blossoming World that is, watch and waiting when our beloved Wooster Square Cherry Blossoms will !POP!
We all know that last year spring was earlier than just about anyone can remember. Our Cherry Blossoms popped here on Hughes place (where official blossom blog records are kept in a safe) on March 30th! Our Sakura trees where even 2 to 3 weeks ahead of all the other trees in the park. It was truly a spring to remember and for the record books. They lasted until April 11. White and Pink Bliss. Here is the chart for the past 4 years.

2011 April 20 April 30
2012 March 30 April 11
This year, Cheryl thinks they will follow what seems to be early, later, early. So her Blossomy Prediction is that they will pop here on Hughes Place on April 10, 2013. What does the Blossom Blogger think? Why don't we take a trip around the Square and New Haven while I build the excitement (or pressure).

There are times when one has to leave the Square for essentials, or as in my case, a trip to New Haven Fitness. I took theses shots in and around the Square. Spring is near my Blossom Buddies!!!

Kudos to all the hard work that Andy Ross does for the downtown and Wooster Square. He is responsible for getting these photos to beautify the area and point to our new dog park. Thanks Andy!

The excitement and tension must be at a maximum about the Blossom Bloggers Prediction of when they Pop (I do have a distinct advantage as I decide when they Pop!, Peak Poppadge! and when they are over) Nonetheless............
