Sweet Sakura Square still Shines.
Things are different this year.
Normally, Wooster Square is
buzzing this time of year.
Long lines form at Sally's and Pepe's Apizza.
Hoards of people flocking to picnic,
throw a ball or just walk among the Cherry Trees.
I've lived in Wooster Square since 2006.
And the only thing I can compare the lack
of people to is Christmas day.
Nobody is around. Yale is out. Business Closed.
It is eerily quiet.
Still cold too!
Kind of like getting the wind knocked out of you.
So while I catch my breath,
I'll fire up the Blossom Blog Digitizer
and head to the park get some digits!
These are very difficult times.
