Florets on the Loose!
We've hit stage 3—extension of florets in full swing! Some tree are a little ahead some a little behind. Our cherry buds are stretching out, even as Wooster Square shivers at a brisk 46°F today. While temps have been like a ping pong ball. But it's supposed to stay cool and rainy and a storm brews on our doorstep for the weekend. Looks like our blossoms are determined, but oh how we crave a little extra warmth. Bring on the sun, park picnics, and pizza under full bloom vibes! Fingers crossed for the Festival to avoid the storm! (there is no rain date.)
