Square Blossoms Survive freezing temperature with Flying Colors!

Roxie and I braved the bright, chilly morning, and good news — the blossoms are just fine. Last night’s dip into the 20s didn’t faze our hardy pink pretties one bit. We were safe from frost, this time!

The Square is still solidly in Stage 3 / early Stage 4, with a few ambitious juveniles pushing their peduncles like they’re ready for their close‑up. But remember: we need 70% of the trees in Peduncle Elongation before your Blossom Blogger makes the official call.

For now, consider this your frosty‑but‑hopeful update from World‑Famous, Historic Wooster Square. The buds are holding strong, the light is gorgeous, and the petals are patiently waiting for their warm‑weather cue. Take a look at some photos from this morning!
