Pink Pretties Pelted, Blossoms Badly Buffeted!

Hardy Peaking Blossoms still have lots of life!

As I write this blog, rain is coming down in Buckets.
Wind driven, tropical style downpours.

Like, you can't even stand in the rain even
if you have the most sophisticated
umbrella app on your phone
(what, you don't have a phonebrella?)

Windy Wonders

It is very likely that we peaked yesterday.

And without significant wind and rain they should
stick around to entertain us a while.

However, we have had both right at Peak.

How will this affect them for the Cherry Blossom Festival on Sunday from Noon to 4:30?

Let me check the data from the mainframe
while you check out some photos!

Academy and Greene Streete

Come soon and often!

So the blossoms have peaked.
Now is when the fun begins.

When you can get some great photos with the blossoms flying all over!

I'm cautiously optimistic
that the blossoms will
stick around for the festival!

The only way to know is to stay tuned!

More blossoms until the last drop!

See You Round the Square!
